System Requirements

1. Workstation Requirements

Processor: 2 GHz dual‑core minimum (4‑core recommended)

Operating System (minimum):

  • Windows 11 or later (required for TLS 1.3 support with ATO systems)
  • macOS 10.15 (Catalina) or later (required for TLS 1.3 compatibility)

Memory: 8 GB RAM minimum (16 GB recommended)

Storage: 5–10 GB free disk space

Display: Minimum resolution 1280×720 (1920×1080 recommended)

Internet: Required for online services

Other: Standard keyboard and mouse

2. Network / Server Requirements (If Using Multi‑User or Shared Data)

The software itself does not require a server.
However, for multi‑user or LAN environments:

Server Operating System (minimum):

  • Windows Server 2022 or later
    • (Required for TLS 1.3 when communicating with ATO systems)

Server Hardware:

  • Sufficient CPU, RAM, and storage capacity depending on the number of users
  • Reliable LAN network

3. Printers

  • Laser printers recommended
  • For remote environments (RDS / Citrix), ensure correct printer drivers are installed

4. Scanners

  • Must support TWAIN‑compliant drivers
  • For scanning in RDS/Citrix:

→ Use scanner vendor's network‑scanning tools, or

→ Use compatible third‑party scanning redirection tools

5. Operating System Compatibility Notes

Linux:

  • Not supported at this time

macOS:

  • Direct installation not supported
  • Supported via Windows virtual machines such as:

→ VMware Fusion

  • When using a VM, "bridged" networking mode may be required for ATO lodgement services
